Returns & Exchanges: At Layer One Packaging we strive to provide you the best quality product at the most affordable prices. Our aim is to provide end to end packaging solutions for all size of businesses. However for some reason if you are not satisfied with the product received, please raise a return request and we will try our best to honour it with certain exclusions (not limited to):

 Items lost or damaged in transit

• No return / exchange requests can be made after 30days of receipt of product.
• Refunds will be made in the form of store credit which can be used for upto 1 year towards any purchase made on the website.
• Food grade packaging that has been opened is not eligible for refund.
