Our aim is to provide end to end packaging solutions for all size of businesses. However for some reason if you are not satisfied with the product received, please raise a return request and we will try our best to honour it with certain exclusions (not limited to):
Items lost or damaged in transit
- No return / exchange requests can be made after 30days of receipt of product.
- Refunds will be made in the form of store credit which can be used for upto 1 year towards any purchase made on the website.
- Food grade packaging that has been opened is not eligible for refund.
