The MoQ for customising most packaging items is 1000, however for some it is higher. For MDF items the MoQ is 250.

We are a packaging company and can fulfil most if not all your printing and packaging requirements in paperboard, kappa board and MDF

2-3 weeks post finalisation of designs.

Once you brief us about the requirement, we will get back to you with the possibilities, quotations and timelines. On finalisation of the order, an advance of 50% is required to put the order into processing. Once completed, samples of the final product will be shared and the order will be dispatched once the complete payment has been made.

The concept, size, printing and finishing can be customised. We provide offset printing (upto 6 colors, texture UV and metallic printing) with a variety of options for lamination, foiling, UV etc.

At Layer One Packaging we strive to provide you the best quality product at the most affordable prices. Our aim is to provide end to end packaging solutions for all size of businesses. However for some reason if you are not satisfied with the product received, please raise a return request and we will try our best to honour it with certain exclusions (not limited to):

  • Items lost or damaged in transit
  • No return / exchange requests can be made after 30days of receipt of product.
  • Refunds will be made in the form of store credit which can be used for upto 1 year towards any purchase made on the website.
  • Food grade packaging that has been opened is not eligible for refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied to your account and you will be notified via email

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.



Tracking information is available in a few different areas! If you elected to receive tracking confirmation and your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you when available.

You are also able to sign into My Account to check your order status. If you would like our Customer Care to help, have your account number ready and please give us a call at xxxxxxxxxx, our Customer Care team is available Monday-Friday from 11:00AM – 5:00PM IST.

All orders placed will be shipped within 2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday excluding holidays.

Please note that charges for shipping are a reflection of the current economic environment. We will always make every effort to keep our prices low and affordable. Upon checkout, you are able to select the shipping method that works best for you and your order. With this information, you are able to purchase with confidence. For orders less than 5kgs, we offer Economy Shipping as an option. Additional fees may incur for circumstances such as address corrections, package re-routing, or remote area surcharge.

Yes, but you must place a separate order for each address to which you are having items shipped.
